Halloween 2011
Halloween was a lot of fun this year because Matthew could participate and get excited about it. We definitely spread the activities out this year. Last Saturday we had our ward trunk or treat and Matthew figured out what it was all about: candy. Then on Thursday we went to the Halloween party at the school. Monday (Halloween) we drove up to Idaho so Justin could go hunting. Matthew got to go trick-or-treating with his grandpa and aunts. He would be cautious as he approached each door but as soon as the people answered he returned to his happy, social self. He said "trick or treat" at every door and wanted to put the candy in the bucket himself. We took him to a couple of houses that were really decked out. One had the grim reaper that made noise and Matthew did not want to walk past it. But it was really fun to be home and eat some scones and wassail made by mom. Matthew made a pretty dang cute fireman as well.

Cutest pumpkin and fireman ever- for sure!
I am so jealous that Zack got to see Koyle! He came home and told me you were visiting and that he got to see him and of course told me how little and adorable he is. Glad your trip was fun!
Such cute boys! Joseph was a fireman too. We were looking at pictures the other day and he said he saw Matthew. It wasn't, but it was cute that he remembers him :)
