Where Have We Been?

I've debated back and forth about whether or not to try and go back and catch up on what we've missed or not. For now I figure I better just start where we are and if I get around to going backwards I will. It's been quite a while since I've blogged and we have done some fun things. A few hightlights:

• Thanksgiving in Missouri with Brent and Janelle, totally worth every minute of craziness that started and ended that trip.
• Going to Nauvoo for the first time! (part of the Thanskgiving trip)
• Dad being gone all the time for interviews...but he finally finished!!
• Jamie's wedding-always a good time
• Christmas
• Lots of poop problems with Koyle, we've started using Miralax (inspired by you Stephanie) and it has helped, but of course the problem never goes away.
• And...drum roll....the real reason I've taken a blogging hiatus.....I'm PREGNANT!!

Yep folks. I am currently 13 weeks, which puts me due the end of July. It has been an interesting pregnancy. Definitely sickness and nausea. Thankfully the worst of it was through December and Justin was home and we were up in Idaho with family so we had lots of help and I could just sit on the couch and be sick. It really was nice not to have to cook a meal or wash the dishes or wake up early with the kids for 3 whole weeks. Minus the fact that I felt like crap through all of that. I haven't puked very much this time and I really think its because I didn't have to push myself through that yucky time, I could just sit st ill and not move when I was feeling especially nauseous. This week was a good week and I am mostly functional again. My energy level is still pretty low but I get most things done that I need to. 

A few other eventful things that have happened this month:

• Landon decided to learn how to crawl out of his crib. And since there was no keeping him in, and he may have broken a bone the way he would fling himself out onto the floor, we decided to turn his crib into a toddler bed. He thinks its the coolest thing ever. I was a little nervous but he has actually done really great and the transition hasn't been too bad.
• Partly because of the toddler bed thing and partly because I finally got fed up with the schedule, I decided to finally switch Landon to only taking one nap a day. It was a little rough because he really needs that morning nap sometimes, but I think we have finally settled into a new routine.

Maybe next time I'll put pictures up, but that seems like a lot of work right now. : )
