Christmas

Christmas this year was fabulous, like always! Justin finished his tests and we got all loaded up and ready to go. We left at 5 a.m. The drive went AWESOME. I never expected the boys to do so well in the car. Koyle never even cried until the very end. Because the boys did so well we were able to make great time and got to Provo about 6:30 that night. We met up with Landon & Becca for a few minutes and then headed over to the Leemasters. It was a great way to be welcomed back to Utah. We have missed the Leemasters. And of course we missed Cory & Tiffany as well : ) We also got to see Sarah and Lottie which was awesome since we don't get to see them very often. After dinner and visiting we finally made it to Cory & Tiff's and crashed. Then we were up in the morning and headed to Boise. We arrived about 1:30. Nothing bad to say about the drive but we were glad to finally be home.
The sun was shining on the movie screens so the boys couldn't see. Enter mom's ingenuity: tie your sweater to the handle things on the roof!

I love this face. It has "I have been in the car for 14 hours...please get me out" written all over it. But really the picture is to show how Koyle's hair gets static in the car and it always looks so funny.

Grandma had her little table set up in the kitchen and the grandkids loved using it. I think Koyle especially liked feeling like a big kid.

The grandkids in their Christmas jammies...making silly faces!

Christmas Eve

With aunt Lindy

These shirts had glitter on them and by the next morning the whole house was shimmering with glitter! We missed you Jacque.

The guys got mustache shirts. Here Justin is trying to make himself have a belly.

My two handsomes in their Christmas church clothes

Despite the lack of smile here, Koyle actually really loves his Grandma Tanya

My favorite; the classic Christmas Eve picture in your jammies in front of the tree

Playing in the snow! It was very cold the whole time we were there and the snow was still on the ground when we left which is unusual for Boise.

A happy little boy with his new electric train on Christmas morning. Quite a story behind this train...

Grandpa pulling the kids on their sled

ADORABLE!

Matthew was so happy to have some snow

I have a picture of Lindy and Matthew wearing matching blue and gold sweat suits so they got Koyle some Meridian gear this year. We got to watch Lindy perform her solo as well as a team number. I always love watching Lindy dance.
Mostly we had a great time hanging out together. One day we went to a Bounce place and it was tons of fun. Matthew keeps asking to go to the bounce place again. Matthew also got to go to Sunbeams with Grandma (she teaches sunbeams) and that was a fun way for him to get introduced to Primary. Jacque got to come home for a while and it was great to see her.

I'm tired again, just reading about it all.
